Ingredients
- 2 romaine lettuce large heads
- 1-2 avocado
- 3 tomato medium
- 1 bell pepper yellow or red
- 1 red onion small
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup caesar dressing
Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce. Rince and dry the lettuce using salad spinner. Place in a large serving bowl.
- Slice the tomatoes, red bell pepper and avocados. Add them to the bowl.
- Finely chop red onion and sprinkle it over the salad along with the feta cheese and croutons.
