Avocado Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

A simple and healthy ranch dip recipe made with ripe avocados, Greek yogurt, and pantry staple seasonings. Easy to make and ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 medium avocado chopped, ripe
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or plant-based for vegan option, plain, Greek
  • 2 tsp parsley dried
  • 1/2 tsp dill dried
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste, fine kosher
  • vegetables optional, crunchy, to serve
  • corn chips optional, crunchy, to serve

Instructions

  1. Place all your ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth; you'll
  2. need to stop and scrape the sides a couple of times.
  3. Serve with crunchy veggies and corn chips, if desired.

Notes

  • Serving size: 1/4 cup
  • Use rice avocado
  • Do not use vanilla-based yogurt
  • You may use plant-based yogurt to make it vegan-friendly.
