Avocado Green Goddess Dressing [Oil Free]

This oil-free Avocado Green Goddess Dressing blends creamy avocado with fresh basil, chives, apple cider vinegar, and tahini for a herbaceous and tangy dressing. Garlic, lemon juice, and optional maple syrup add bright and slightly sweet notes, while water adjusts texture to desired consistency. It’s a vibrant, fresh dressing suited for salads, dips, and bowls.

Description

The Avocado Green Goddess Dressing [Oil Free] combines ripe avocado with fresh herbs like basil and chives to create a creamy base without using oil. Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice introduce bright acidity, while tahini adds depth and a lightly nutty flavor. Garlic enhances the savory aspects, and maple syrup may be included to balance the tartness with subtle sweetness. The dressing's smooth texture is achieved by blending all ingredients thoroughly; water can be added to thin as preferred.

This versatile dressing pairs well with green salads, vegetable bowls, or as a dip for raw veggies. Its oil-free composition appeals to those avoiding added fats but still wanting rich texture and flavor from natural ingredients.

Storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator preserves freshness for up to one week. Using a high-speed blender yields a uniformly smooth and vibrant dressing, while a food processor allows for small herb pieces to remain visible for more texture and rustic appearance.
