Avocado Strawberry Mango Salsa

This Avocado Strawberry Mango Salsa combines diced ripe mango and fresh strawberries with creamy avocado and a touch of heat from jalapeño. Finely diced red onion and fresh cilantro add brightness, while lime juice and salt balance the flavors. The salsa offers a vibrant mix of sweet, tart, and mildly spicy notes, making it a fresh accompaniment for dipping or topping fish and tacos.

Description

The salsa features fruit-forward ingredients including diced strawberries and ripe mango alongside creamy avocado. Jalapeño peppers introduce a mild spiciness that contrasts the sweetness of the fruit. Red onion brings a sharp bite, and cilantro adds herbal freshness. Lime juice integrates the flavors and adds acidity, while salt enhances overall balance.

All ingredients are combined carefully to maintain the salsa's chunky texture, making it suitable for serving with multigrain pita chips or as a topping for seafood dishes such as salmon or shrimp tacos. This preparation serves 4 to 6 people and can be doubled as needed.

Best consumed on the day it is made to preserve avocado freshness and flavor vibrancy. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container refrigerated and consumed within three days to maintain quality.
