  • 1 lice whole grain toast
  • 1/2 avocado sliced or mashed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • red pepper flakes to taste

For Avocado Toast with Egg

  • 1 egg cooked the way you like it
  • 5 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

For Honey Feta Avocado Toast

  • 1 ounce feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions

Basic Avocado Toast

  1. Remove half an avocado from its shell and pit and place it in a small bowl. Lightly mash it with a fork and add salt and pepper, or slice it.
  2. Spread the avocado mixture over the toast and top with red pepper flakes.

Notes
