  • baguette cut in half lengthwise, half
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 3 cherry tomato

Instructions

  1. Toast the baguette in a pan over medium-high heat (using butter is optional)
  2. spread the mashed avocado on the baguette slices.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and crushed red pepper.
  4. top with lemon and tomatoes.
  5. Serve immediately.
