Ingredients
- 3 5 oz tuna canned
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 3 Roma tomato chopped
- 3 avocado sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- celery cucumber, optional
Instructions
- In a bowl add the tuna, red onion, roma tomatoes, avocados, dijon, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together and serve immediately.
