  • 3 (5-ounce) cans tuna drained and flaked, in water
  • 3 avocado peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1 large cucumber diced, English variety
  • 2 large celery diced, stalks
  • ¼ cup cilantro about ¼ bunch, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper plus more to taste, freshly ground
  • 2 jalapeno pepper diced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Taste and season with more salt and black pepper as necessary.
