Baby Beef Stew

Baby Beef Stew uses small cubes of beef chuck roast simmered with onion, carrots, and potatoes in water until everything is tender. The mixture is cooked gently for over an hour and then pureed to a smooth texture suitable for infants. The stew delivers cooked beef and vegetables in a simple, mild preparation designed for delicate palates.

Description

Baby Beef Stew consists of small beef chuck cubes browned in olive oil, combined with chopped onion, peeled and cut carrots and potatoes, then simmered in water until soft. The long cooking time ensures the beef becomes tender and the vegetables are well cooked.

Once cooked, the stew is pureed in a food processor to achieve a smooth consistency suitable for babies or those needing soft, easy-to-eat food textures. The recipe focuses on basic ingredients without added seasonings, providing a gentle introduction to meat and vegetables.
