Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 lices Bacon center-cut
  • 5 corn ears
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dill minced, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat (around 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 5 minutes, flipping once. Remove the pan from the heat, and place bacon on a paper towel to drain.
  3. Shuck and clean corn on the cob. Carefully roll each ear of corn in the bacon fat.
  4. Lower the grill burners to medium-low. Place corn on the grill. Cook for 15 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill. Drizzle ranch dressing on top, sprinkle minced dill, and crumble bacon over the ears of corn. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Be careful not to get too much bacon fat on the corn - you don't want it to drip and create flare ups!
