Bacon Ranch Chicken Pinwheels Recipe

These Bacon Ranch Chicken Pinwheels combine shredded chicken, bacon, sharp cheddar, and ranch-seasoned cream cheese tightly rolled inside flour tortillas. Once chilled and sliced, they reveal spiral pinwheels perfect for finger foods. Their creamy, savory filling pairs well with the soft yet firm texture of the tortillas, making them a convenient, satisfying snack or appetizer.

Description

Bacon Ranch Chicken Pinwheels feature a seasoned blend of softened cream cheese mixed with dry ranch seasoning, shredded sharp cheddar, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and coarse salt. This spread is folded together with shredded chicken, crumbled cooked bacon, and chopped scallions for texture and flavor. The mixture is spread evenly over large flour tortillas, rolled tightly, and chilled to set before slicing into one-inch pinwheels. The result is a creamy, savory filling highlighted by smoky bacon and ranch herbs wrapped in tender tortillas. These pinwheels hold their shape well, making them ideal for parties or snacks where handheld finger foods are preferred.
