- rotini pasta 8 oz, or your favorite pasta shape
- ranch dressing ½ cup
- mayonnaise
- white vinegar 1 tablespoon
- garlic powder 1 teaspoon
- onion powder 1 teaspoon
- dried dill
- dried parsley
- salt
- black pepper
- Bacon cooked, crumbled, 1 cup
- cherry tomato halved; 1 cup
- cheddar cheese shredded; 1 cup
- red onion chopped, ½ cup
- green bell pepper chopped, ½ cup
- celery chopped, ½ cup
- fresh parsley chopped, ¼ cup, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool the pasta. Set aside.
Prepare the Dressing:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine the Ingredients:
- Add the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, chopped green bell pepper, and chopped celery to the bowl with the dressing.
- Gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly with the dressing.
Chill and Serve:
- Cover the pasta salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
