Bacon Wrapped Potatoes Recipe

Bacon Wrapped Potatoes feature fingerling potatoes coated in an oil and seasoning mixture, then wrapped in bacon slices and secured with toothpicks before roasting. The potatoes become tender inside while the bacon crisps outside, combining savory, smoky flavors with a slightly cheesy note from Parmesan.

Description

This recipe for Bacon Wrapped Potatoes begins by mixing vegetable oil with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful coating. Fingerling potatoes are dipped into this mixture, enhancing their taste and helping bacon to adhere. Each potato is wrapped with a half slice of bacon and secured with a toothpick, then placed on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Roasting in a 400°F oven for 30 to 38 minutes cooks the potatoes through while crisping the bacon exterior. The potatoes retain their creamy texture beneath the salty, smoky bacon, and the Parmesan adds a subtle cheesy dimension. The result is a hearty appetizer or side dish with balanced texture and rich flavor from simple ingredients.

Serve hot with dips such as ranch for added creaminess, making these a satisfying finger food choice for gatherings or meals.
