Ingredients
- 100 g almonds blanched and peeled
- 500 ml milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp saffron strands
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
- In a blender, grind the blanched and peeled almonds into a fine powder.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Add the ground almond powder to the milk and stir well.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder to the milk mixture.
- Continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and allow the Badam Milk to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm or chilled, garnished with a few strands of saffron, if desired.
