Ingredients
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 pinch Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease an oven-safe skillet that is slightly bigger than your wheel of cheese.
- Slice 8 ounces Brie cheese ½-⅔ of the way down into 1-inch slices. Rotate the brie 90 degrees and slice again so you end up with little diamonds.
- Add the brie to the prepared pan, then top it with the 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ½ teaspoon minced fresh thyme, and a light sprinkle of 1 pinch Italian seasoning.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons honey over the top before baking for 13-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly. Serve immediately.
