Baked Brie Bites (Crescent Rolls)
Description
This recipe transforms crescent roll dough into small cups by cutting and fitting the dough into a greased mini muffin tin. Each cup is filled with a piece of Brie cheese, which melts during baking to provide a creamy, mild center. Plum jam adds fruity sweetness on top, balanced by the texture and slight bitterness of chopped pecans. Baking at 350°F ensures the crescent dough becomes golden and flaky.
The combination of the soft, melted Brie, sweet jam, and crunchy nuts within a delicate pastry shell creates layers of contrasting textures and flavors. These bites are best enjoyed warm to fully appreciate the melted cheese and fresh pastry.
These Baked Brie Bites serve well as finger food at parties or as a light snack and can be varied by using different jam flavors or nut toppings.
