Baked Brie with Honey
Report
Baked Brie with Honey and Figs is an impressive appetizer that is super easy to throw together. It's takes 5 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to bake and you just need a couple of ingredients. The warm melty cheese combined with crunchy nuts and warm figs is so delicious served with crackers or toasted bread for the best holiday appetizer while you're waiting for your Spatchcock Turkey to roast.

Notes
- Score the top of the Brie in a crisscross pattern before baking; it makes for a lovely presentation and easier dipping.
- Let the Brie sit for a few minutes after baking; it’ll be easier to spread (and won’t scald anyone).
- This appetizer isn’t overly sweet. If you want to amp it up, toss the figs in a teaspoon of brown sugar or drizzle a bit of honey over the Brie after it’s baked for an extra kiss of sweetness.
- For an added crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts on top just before serving.
- Don’t shy away from fig jam if fresh figs aren’t available.
