  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cajun spice blend
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preparing the Chicken Legs

  1. Start by patting the Chicken Leg Quarters dry with paper towels.
  2. Then, using a sharp knife or kitchen shears, remove any excess fat or skin from the legs. 
  3. Place them in a baking dish or tray skin side up, without overlapping each other.

Seasoning and Baking the Chicken Legs

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ - 390 ℉.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, cajun spices, olive oil, and garlic powder. 
  3. Rub the mixture generously all over the chicken legs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74 ℃ - 165 °F.
