Ingredients
- 12 ounces cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp arrowroot starch
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (optional) or your favorite sauce

Instructions
- The first step is to preheat the oven to 425° F. Add parchment paper to a sheet pan and set it aside. Alternatively, coat the sheet pan with a cooking spray or a little olive oil.
- Whisk the arrowroot, garlic, almond flour, onion, salt, and baking powder together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the hot sauce and the coconut milk.
- Mix well until combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets into the mixture and toss to coat completely.
- Add the coated cauliflower florets to the baking sheet and place the sheet in the oven.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cauliflower wings are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and place into a large bowl. Add more hot sauce.
- Stir well to coat the buffalo cauliflower wings from all sides.
- Pair with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
