Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 block of feta cheese about 150 grams / 5 oz
  • 2 lices of tomato
  • 2 lices of green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • a pinch of oregano dried
  • black pepper ground
  • red pepper flakes hot
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°C/ 482°F.
  2. Add the block of feta on the aluminum foil. Turn the edges of the aluminum foil in order to wrap it around the feta.
  3. Add the tomato and pepper slices on top of the feta.
  4. Sprinkle the olive oil on top.
  5. Season with dried oregano and pepper. Sprinkle a few hot red pepper flakes on top.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until feta cooks and softens and gets some color on the edges.
