Baked Garlic Chicken

Baked Garlic Chicken features chicken breasts coated with a mixture of egg yolk and garlic before being dipped in a crispy breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese blend. The chicken is baked in butter for a golden crust and tender interior, enhanced by garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper seasoning. This method produces a flavorful, crunchy coating while keeping the chicken juicy.

Description

This recipe uses chicken breast halves marinated briefly in a beaten mixture of egg yolks and finely chopped garlic. The chicken is then coated in a seasoned mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Butter is melted into a baking dish to add richness and moisture during baking. The chicken is baked at 400°F for about 15 minutes per side until no longer pink and juices run clear, creating a crisp, golden crust and a tender, juicy interior.

The garlic flavors are layered from the marinade and breadcrumb seasoning, giving the chicken a robust and savory profile. The use of panko and Parmesan in the crust provides a satisfying crunch and nutty flavor.

This dish pairs well with simple sides like steamed vegetables, salad, or rice, making it a straightforward but flavorful main course.
