- Shrimp peeled and deveined
- unsalted butter ¼ cup (½ stick), melted
- garlic cloves, minced
- Parmesan Cheese grated, ½ cup
- fresh parsley chopped, 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- red pepper flakes optional, for a little heat
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Prepare shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp in sauce: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
