Treat yourself to a easy and tasty dinner with this baked pork chops and rice recipe. It's simple to make, uses minimal ingredients, and is always a hit with the family.

Ingredients
- 8 boneless pork chops
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1½ cups long grain rice uncooked
- 2 ounce packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, rice and onion soup mix and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Place on top of rice mixture.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, until pork chops are 145 degrees Fahrenheit and rice is fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy.
Notes
- Allow leftovers to cool completely and then transfer to an airtight container. You can also store in the baking dish, covered tightly in plastic wrap, if you prefer.
- FRIDGE: Store leftover in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- FREEZER: Thought cooked rice doesn't necessarily store the best in the freezer, you can freeze leftovers if you want. Transfer to an airtight container and store for 2-3 months.
