Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thickness
  • 2 cups long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (14-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl add the 2 cups long grain rice, 1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, 1 (14-ounce) can chicken broth, and 1 envelope onion soup mix.
  3. Stir the rice and sauce ingredients together until smooth and combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Place the 4 large boneless pork chops, on top of the rice mixture and season with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper,.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until the pork is cooked throughout and no longer pink. No Peeking!
