Baked Pork Tenderloin with Orange Marmalade

Baked Pork Tenderloin with Orange Marmalade features a pork tenderloin coated in a citrusy marmalade and then rolled in a spice blend of thyme, sage, cumin, cinnamon, and garlic powder. Roasting at high heat seals in juices, while the glaze adds a subtle sweetness balanced by aromatic herbs and spices.

Description

This recipe begins by mixing dried thyme, rubbed sage, ground cumin, cinnamon, garlic powder, and kosher salt to create a fragrant spice blend. The pork tenderloin is brushed evenly with orange marmalade, then rolled in the spice mix to coat all sides. This combination provides a balance of sweet, earthy, and warm flavors.

The tenderloin is placed on a prepared baking sheet and roasted in a 425°F oven for approximately 25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Resting the meat for a few minutes before slicing allows juices to redistribute, keeping the pork moist.

Additional warmed orange marmalade can be served alongside for dipping or extra glaze, enhancing the citrus notes. This dish makes a flavorful main course suitable for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.
