Baked Reuben Sliders
Description
This recipe for "Baked Reuben Sliders" uses sweet rolls split in half as the base and top. The bottoms are buttered and layered with Thousand Island dressing, thinly sliced corned beef, drained sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese slices. The tops also receive a spread of dressing and are placed on the assembled fillings. Melted butter is brushed on the tops to enhance browning during baking.
Baked at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, the sliders are heated through until the cheese fully melts, binding the sandwich components. Once removed and sliced apart, each slider retains the classic Reuben flavors of savory beef, tangy sauerkraut, sharp Swiss cheese, and creamy dressing inside a soft, slightly sweet roll.
These sliders serve as warm appetizers or casual mains, combining typical Reuben sandwich ingredients in a form suitable for easy serving and sharing at parties or family meals.
