  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese , shredded
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach drained and squeezed well, chopped, frozen
  • 4 chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese , grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, and spinach.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place into the baking dish.
  4. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture over the top of the chicken breasts.
