Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  5. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, in a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
  6. Once the Brussels sprouts are done, transfer them to a serving bowl.
  7. Drizzle the balsamic-honey mixture over the hot Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Choose Brussels sprouts that are similar in size for even cooking.
  • The balsamic-honey mixture will thicken slightly as it cools. If it's too thick, warm it gently before drizzling.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
