Description
The recipe starts by placing a 2 to 3-pound boneless pork tenderloin in a slow cooker. A sauce made from balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), honey, red pepper flakes, and chopped garlic is poured over the pork. The slow cooker runs on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, allowing the pork to become tender and soak in the balanced flavors of tangy vinegar, subtle sweetness from honey, and the savory depth of soy sauce and Worcestershire.
After cooking, the pork is removed and lightly shredded with forks. Some of the cooking liquid is ladled over the shredded meat to enrich each serving with the flavorful gravy. Ingredients
- 1 2-3 pound pork tenderloin boneless
- 1 cup chicken stock or broth
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin into the insert of your slow cooker. In a 2-cup measuring cup, mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over pork and set the timer for your slow cooker. (6-8 hours on Low)
- Once pork tenderloin has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼ – ½ cup of gravy over pork tenderloin.
- Store remaining gravy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for another use.
