Instructions

  2. Trim Brussels sprouts and cut in half if they are large.

  4. Season generously with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet, flat side down.
  5. Roast 20-25 minutes or until Brussels are tender.

Notes

  • Frozen Brussels sprouts may need 5-10 extra minutes roasting and will be softer.
