Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons shallots minced
- 2 cups fresh snap peas
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shallots and saute until tender, about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add snap peas and saute until warmed through, about 5 minutes; stir constantly.
- Add balsamic glaze and toss to combine.
