Banana Bark

This chocolate peanut butter banana bark has the best flavors! This no-bake recipe is such a fun snack for kids. Make it for an after school snack or fun summer treat!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 large bananas sliced
  • cup creamy all-natural peanut butter
  • cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. First, arrange the sliced bananas in one even layer on a parchment paper lined pan.
  2. Spread the creamy peanut butter on top. Place the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir until creamy.
  4. Once the peanut butter has mostly hardened, remove the pan from the freezer. Pour the melted chocolate on top. Smooth into an even layer. Return the pan to the freezer for 30 minutes, or until hardened.
  5. Finally, break into pieces and serve! Store in the freezer.
