An easy Banana Bread French Toast drizzled with a Cream Cheese Glaze!

Ingredients
French Toasts:
- 8 slices of bread of your choice
- 1 large banana
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk (reduced fat; normal milk or almond milks are fine)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener or sugar of choice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Glaze
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt)
- ⅓ cup confectioners (or icing) sweetener/sugar
- *Banana slices and pecans to serve

Instructions
French Toasts
- Blend all of the French Toast ingredients in a blender, or alternatively, mash the banana with a fork, then whisk the egg, milk, sweetener/sugar, cinnamon and vanilla into it to combine really well (it's ok to have a few banana lumps in the mix).
- Coat bread evenly in the egg wash.
- Heat a pan with butter or cooking oil spray; fry soaked bread on low heat on both sides until golden and browned, flipping gently to turn.
- Serve with the cream cheese glaze, banana slices and pecans (optional)
Cream Cheese Glaze:
- Combine all of the glaze ingredients together in a bowl; use a hand beater to whip until smooth.
Notes
