Banana Bread Overnight Oats - these tasty overnight oats give you all the flavors of your favorite banana bread, but in an easy overnight oat form

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- salt kosher salt; a pinch
- 2 tablespoons pecans chopped
- 1 banana mashed, ripe
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt nonfat plain
- 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened plain
Instructions
- Pour oats into a jar. Top the oats with the remaining ingredients.
- Place a lid on the jar and shake until all ingredients are incorporated and mixed thoroughly.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
- When ready to eat, you can top them with additional pecans and banana or eat as is! I like mine with a small dollop of whip cream.
