  • 2 cups banana about 4 bananas) mashed, very ripe
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar , packed
  • 3/4 sugar
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cream cheese frosting , (Homemade Recipe)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking pan with baking spray.
  2. Whisk together the bananas, dark brown sugar, sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil and eggs until smooth.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.
  4. Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking dish, spread evenly and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before frosting with Cream Cheese Frosting (Recipe).
