Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat all-purpose flour or spelt flour or regular all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds black or white will work
- 4 large egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or other mild vegetable oil such as canola or grapeseed, liquid
- 1 cup banana from about 2 large or 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Notes
- * batter will appear to be quite runny.
