Made with wholesome ingredients, this banana cinnamon baked rice flakes are moist, sweet, and can be enjoy both warm or at room temperature.

Ingredients
- 250 ml / grams (8.82 ounces) milk
- 1 large egg (about 60 grams, 2.11 ounces)
- ½ cup (120 ml / grams, 4.23 ounces) maple syrup
- 60 grams (2.12 ounces) butter melted and slightly cooled
- 60 grams (2.12 ounces) banana mashed
- 2 ½ cups (100 grams, 3.53 ounces) rice flakes
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon (5 grams, 0.18 ounces) vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease and line a baking pan 17 cm x 17 cm (6.69 inches x 6.69 inches).
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Flatten the top of the mixture by gently tapping the baking pan on your workspace or using the back of a spoon.
- Place in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top becomes golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with fresh banana slices, sprinkling of ground cinnamon, fresh fruit, yogurt, nuts
