Ingredients
- ½ cup (40 grams, 1.40 ounces) rice flakes
- ½ cup (120 ml, 120 grams) milk of choice
- ¼ cup (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) PLAIN yogurt dairy or non-dairy
- 1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup or honey or sweetener of choice, added to taste
- 1 ½ teaspoons chia seeds or basil seeds

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or large glass. Mix well.
- Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
Notes
- If you don’t have a mason jar or a large glass, you can use a medium sized container and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Store in fridge for up to 2 days.
- Ingredients can be multiplied to suit how many serves you need to make.
