- 20 spring roll dough sheets
- 5 bananas
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Bring out all of your ingredients.
- In a small bowl. combine brown sugar and cinnamon together.
- Cut a banana into 2 parts, then cut each part again into 2 parts lengthwise.
- Put the spring roll dough sheet in a diamond position. Place a piece of banana on the bottom.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Roll up halfway.
- Fold sides in.
- Then finish rolling.
- Apply water to seal the spring rolls.
- There you have it! A completely sealed banana spring roll.
- Put each completed banana spring roll aside until needed.
- Keep rolling until finished.
- Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Deep fry the banana spring rolls until golden brown.
- Place spring rolls on paper towel to absorb excess oil before putting them on a serving plate.
- Dust each one with powdered sugar.
