Ingredients

  • 4 egg
  • 2 banana peeled, ripe
  • ½ cup whey protein powder Bob’s Red Mill brand
  • ½ cup creamy buckwheat hot cereal Bob’s Red Mill Organic brand
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • Berry fresh berries and pure pure maple syrup, to serve, optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until batter is smooth.
  2. Pre-heat griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Pour batter on to pan, 1/4 cup at a time, and heat until bubbles begin to form – about 1-2 minutes. Flip and brown the other side, cooking for another minute or two.
  4. Continue with remaining batter.
  5. Serve with fresh berries and pure maple syrup if you wish.
