Healthy Banana yogurt smoothie with tahini and honey. This delicious shake is packed with protein and it's perfect for breakfast or as a post-workout smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 150 grams (½ cup) Greek yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk or plant-based milk
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon + extra to sprinkle on top
- 3 tablespoons Tahini
- OPTIONAL: 1 tablespoon honey skip if you don't want it too sweet or if the banana is too ripe
