- pickled daikon includes carrot, Vietnamese style aka do chua
- 1-2 jalapeño sliced
- few sprigs cilantro optional
Assorted cold cuts (meat)/condiments:
- Vietnamese pork roll sliced, aka cha lua
- headcheese sliced
- pork meatballs Vietnamese style, called xiu mai
- liver pate optional
- butter
- mayonnaise
- Maggi sauce
