A delicious, low calorie banoffee pie smoothie made with a banana, toffee flavor. It's like having dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I used Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, which has 100 calories per scoop, but I have also used Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- ½ medium banana peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Original or Vanilla flavored
- ¼ teaspoon caramel extract or caramel flavoring
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 cups ice
- For topping: ½ of a wholegrain graham cracker crushed**
- Optional garnish: caramel syrup

Instructions
- Add first 6 ingredients to blender and combine! Top with graham cracker crumbs and optional caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
