BBQ Pork Tenderloin Recipe

This BBQ Pork Tenderloin features two tender pork loin pieces marinated in a flavorful mix of BBQ sauce, grape jelly, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and black pepper. The pork is baked or grilled to an internal temperature of 160ºF and rested before serving with extra barbecue sauce. The marinade combines sweet, spicy, and savory flavors that infuse the pork, producing juicy, well-seasoned meat suitable for a satisfying main dish.

Description

BBQ Pork Tenderloin Recipe highlights pork tenderloins marinated in a balanced blend of BBQ sauce, grape jelly, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and black pepper. This combination imparts a complex flavor with sweet, spicy, and tangy notes. The pork is marinated for at least an hour, up to overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. Cooking involves baking at 425ºF or grilling until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF, ensuring the meat is safely cooked yet still moist.

After cooking, the pork is rested covered for 5 to 10 minutes, which helps retain its juices and improves tenderness. When served, the tenderloins are brushed with additional BBQ sauce and served with sauce on the side to enhance the taste. This recipe works well for a dinner centerpiece and pairs with classic sides like potatoes, vegetables, or salad.

The included notes advise storing leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or freezing cooked pork up to 3 months. This makes meal prepping or leftovers convenient. Reheating is simple, best done gently to preserve moisture and flavor.
