  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt fine sea salt; fresh ground; to season

  • 1 yellow onion cooking onion, thinly sliced, medium
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1 beer lager preferably, 330 ml
  • 1 cup beef broth 250 ml
  • 2 bay leaf dried or fresh
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped fresh leaves
