Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups dark berries blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries
- 1 coop Greens Plus Advanced Multi Wild Berry Superfood
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the blender. Puree until smooth. Makes 1 large or two small smoothies.
