  • 1 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1 1/2 cups berries blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries, dark
  • 1 coop greens plus advanced multi wild berry superfood
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender. Puree until smooth. Makes 1 large or two small smoothies.
