Honey Garlic Chicken is sweet, savory, and mouth-watering delicious. It’s one of my favorite budget-friendly dinner recipes.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken (thighs or breasts)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 pound baby potato
- 1 pound carrot
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 pound green beans
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, oregano, and ketchup.
- Add the chicken, baby potatoes, carrots and onions to a slow cooker.
- Pour the sauce mixture on top. Cover the slow cooker and seal the lid.
- Cook on a low for 3 hours or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the green beans to the slow cooker.
- Remove the chicken and vegetables to serving plates using a slotted spoon.
- Broil the chicken thighs for about 3 minutes to brown the skin. Serve and enjoy!
