Best Cheeseburger Pasta
Description
This recipe starts with cooking large shell pasta just shy of al dente, then setting it aside. Bacon is cooked to crispness, chopped, and reserved separately. Ground beef is browned with onion and garlic, then seasoned with paprika, dried parsley, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Water is added and cooked off to concentrate flavors and soften meat.
The cooked pasta is folded into the beef mixture, combined with tomato sauce and cubes of cheddar cheese, which melt into a creamy texture, making the pasta rich and flavorful. Finally, most of the chopped bacon is stirred in, while some are reserved for garnish along with diced pickles, tomatoes, and fresh parsley to provide freshness and added texture contrast reminiscent of a cheeseburger.
This dish delivers savory, smoky, and cheesy flavors with a variety of textures from creamy cheese to crispy bacon and mild crunch from pickles, making it a filling and indulgent pasta meal.
