Buffalo chicken legs are a spicy and succulent treat, coated in a zesty buffalo sauce that delivers a satisfying kick, perfect for game day or a flavorful dinner option.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup Frank's Red Hot sauce or other hot sauce
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter melted
- Ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and put a metal wire rack on top.
- Rinse drumsticks and pat them dry.
- In a bowl toss the drumsticks in the olive oil. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place chicken on the wire rack, bake until crispy and cook through, about 50 - 55 minutes. Remove the chicken legs from the oven and set the oven to broil.
- Mix the hot sauce and melted butter. Toss the cooked drumsticks in the sauce. Place back on the wire rack and bake about 2 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve with ranch and sliced vegetables. Enjoy!
